I bought this in July of 2023 and I forgot it was refurbished. I like the sliver color over the black body. It came with even the original package and there was not a single scratch on it. I've been in photography since the 35mm film SLRs of the 70s and this is definitely the best camera I have ever used in my life. There have been zero negative issues with it and if mine got list or stolen I would be right back here the next day to buy another one. I had the Sony ILCE 6000 before and the autofocus on this one is better, the color is better, the menu is much better, and the construction is better on the a6400. It also performs better in low light . I think a silver will get less scratched up than black and I use mine with an Allura wrist strap on the left ring on the camera body. It is a fantastic value for the money, and at least for me, it is very easy to use.
