Did You Know You Can Reuse Foil Balloons? Here's How! You'll Need: Balloon(s) and Plastic Straw Step 1 Insert a plastic drinking straw into the opening of the foil balloon. The straw must be placed between the two slips of protective plastic where it was previously inflated. Lightly press on your balloon. Is air coming out of the straw? If not, the straw needs to be inserted further. Step 2 Once the air starts to move through the straw, continue adding light pressure to the balloon, pushing the air out. Slowly fold the balloon until all air is removed. Step 3 When your balloon is deflated, fold and store in a cool and dry location. Your balloon is now ready to be refilled.
