OK, first world problems here....It's probably the best attachable cam there is for hunting. It records the action fine, is quiet, and fits my crossbow well. Bit I think I could do just a well using my iPhone on a tripod to get the video. However, the big advantage over using an iPhone is that all I have to do with the Tactacam is push 1 button and I'm recording. Like I said, First World problems. The video is only as good as the person taking it. If you are swinging and moving and bumping your weapon while using the cam, the video will reflect that. The biggest downfall to the Tactacam is that the cap over the micro SD card is hard to remove/replace, and the micro SD card is a pain to remove. It's easy to do if you have baby-girlie hands, but hard to do if you have big ole meat hook man-sized hands. It's a good product. Just don't expect it solve problems you create. The product is fine but it said it was coming with a extra battery and a duel battery charger it came with one battery and a charger that you have to charge battery with battery in the camera which is aggravatingI have wanted to video through my scope for quite a while and this is the best device I could find for that purpose, but its not perfect. You can get back reflections in the camera from the FTS. Vibrations are highly magnified with increased magnification on the scope. You can get shadow interference depending on the scope and ocular distance. It is durable and the camera itself is good and pretty easy to use, but it takes time and practice to get the FTS to work correctly. It’s a great product. Easy to useFirst camera had a glob of resin inside the battery box partially covering the battery contacts. The battery would disconnect with the recoil of my crossbow. I missed filming the first doe I shot this season due to this flaw.1.5 hours on hold to get in touch with customer service. Some emailing back and forth. I paid shipping to return. It took them about 4 weeks to ship back a replacement.New camera works well and enjoy reviewing the shots before tracking. The back battery cap is a bear to remove and install. The vibration function is a lot louder than I would like. The blackout function is a joke, you still have to get the camera started before initiating blackout. I put some electrical tape over the lights and installed a Butler Creek see through scope cover. Overall I like the simplicity of the camera, one touch and your filming. The system worked. Just, my scope and barrel always showed up in the footage. Not what I was expecting.I have the bow stabilizer mount for this camera and this camera is literally only for the moment up to and after your shot. This means, if you want to record your hunt from the start, you will have very blurry, I'm talking filming bigfoot style blurry, recordings. The slow motion isn't actually slow motion, it's just a slightly slower version of the normal speed, and there is nothing special about using the zoom. You're better off filming with your phone, or spend the extra money and get a GoPro.Had some problem working the app. Sent a email to their tech support. Within 24 hours I received a email back and a call from them. The tech support explained how to properly use the app and much more of its features.
